Hi Deborah, great tip. You can also use count and average. But watch out, I always show this to my students, the formula for Average is wrong, it should take the average of the blue cells, not the totals. If all the blue cells are filled, its ok, but if you delete some blue filled cells, you get the wrong answer...😉

Great tip. However at "order sheet" colum B under Product, the cell can still be overwrite with any letter or number. Is there any way that the selected cells cannot be overwrited? By mistake or intentional. Thank you very much
